Whether you want to explore your asana practice with more in-depth, personalized instruction or you want to explore the therapeutic possibilities of yoga while working with an injury or other issue, private sessions can be extremely beneficial. We can work together in the comfort of your own home, in a studio setting, or online if you prefer. Rates will vary with respect to length of session, whether in person or online, and how many sessions you would like to do.
